Notice to the Public to submit comments on the application submitted by Greenville LNG Ghana Ltd to the Energy Commission for the grant of CNG and LNG Retail Sale Licence in Ghana.

1. GREENVILLE LNG GHANA LTD, a Private Limited Liability Company formerly known as Afrispan Ghana and duly incorporated in the Republic of Ghana with company number CS215160925, which is registered office is located at Suite C, Casa Maria, 28 Angola Road, Kuku Hill, Osu, GA-080-3524 (hereinafter referred to as “Greenville”).

2. Greenville intends to retail an estimated amount of up to 45,000 metric tons of LNG per annum and up to 2,535,600 SCM (approx.) of CNG per annum in Ghana from its Nigeria Facility to Ghana, via road trucking.

3. Accordingly, Greenville has applied to the Energy Commission for a grant of the license under Section 13 of the Energy Commission Act, 1997 (Act 541), for CNG and LNG Natural Gas Retail Sale Licence (Authorization to Operate)

4. The application and supporting documents submitted to the Energy Commission may be made available for inspection by members of the public upon request to the Company Secretary. This announcement is also available on the company’s website, assessed via www.greenvillelng.com/new-projects/ by members of the public.

5. Greenville states that, neither the company nor any of its directors, partners, promoters, or associates: i. have been declared insolvent; ii. have ever been refused licence; iii. have had a licence cancelled by the Energy Commission; or iv. have been found guilty of non-compliance of any of the provisions of the Energy Commission Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder, or an order made by the appropriate legal entity.

6. Notice is hereby given to invite the public to submit comments, objections, or suggestions to any of the addresses listed below within thirty (30) calendar days of the publication of this notice in order to assist in the decision-making process for the grant of the LNG Import license.
