Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)
Greenville Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited (GVLNG) is committed to the protection of People, Environment, Assets and Reputation (PEAR) in all its activities, including Project Construction, LNG Production, Storage and Transportation, Operation of LNG Retail Station and Regasification Stations, etc., and our activities are complied with all applicable legislation and industry best practices. The philosophy of our operations are based on systems that incorporate verifiable and measurable metrics. Such systems will engender a desirable health and safety culture amongst employees, contractor personnel, host communities, and other stakeholders.

The following are applied in the implementation of this Policy:
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve organization-wide Health and Safety Management System (HS MS) covering applicable areas of Safe Systems of Work procedures;
• Implement Hazard and Effects Management Process (HEMP) in all operations to proactively predict and prevent incidents, protect assets, and preserve the lives of employees and other stakeholders who could be exposed to the hazards of our operations;
• Establish and maintain an adequate and effective Emergency Response Plan (ERP) to control, mitigate, and recover from any emergency (incident or accident), crisis, and business disruption;
• Regularly carrying out risk assessments of potentially hazardous operations;
• Provide a safe and well-controlled working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors in all operational installations, offices, and accommodations;
• Equip staff and employees at all levels with requisite competencies to execute their respective roles and responsibilities in conformity with industry best practices;
• Establish an applicable safe system of work procedures, processes, programs and other process safety initiatives with clear objectives and targets aimed at hazard identification and risk reduction and control;
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities within all levels of operations in the company;
• Institute regular workplace inspection, maintain work area supervision, and implement workplace training and induction programs;
• Ensure that contractors' Health and Safety Policies and Implementation, as well as their HS MS plans and procedures, align with GVLNG's HS MS;
• Publicly report GVLNG Health and Safety performance and hold regular consultations with stakeholders towards the continual improvement of GVLNG HS MS;
• The Management of GVLNG will ensure that this policy is communicated to all employees and stakeholders, who shall acknowledge the understanding of its objectives.
